Reserve Bank of India (RBI)  invited from Indian citizens (Ex-Servicemen-Male only) who fulfill the eligibility criteria and residing in the State of Kerala and UT of Lakshadweep for enlistment in the Wait List to the posts of Security Guard.

Name of Vacancy:  Security Guard.

Numbers of posts: 10 nos.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15679/- per month approximately.

Qualification: Candidate should have passed Army Class I Special Certificate of Education will be deemed to be a Matriculate. Although matriculate ex-servicemen with 15 years of defense service are considered as ‘Graduates’, they are eligible to apply.

Experience: Candidate should have experience of handling arms and ammunition in the military.

Age Limit: 25 years

Age Relax able: Relax-able for OBC  and SC/ST candidates.

Important Date: Last Date:   1 August 2014.

Number of post: 11

Reserved vacancies: ST - 1, OBC - 03.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit for the post is 18 Years and 25 Years.

Pay Scale: Rs. 11,710 – 6,80(3) – 13,750/-

Qualification: Candidates must hold minimum class 10 pass and maximum undergraduate.

Important Date: 30,April-2014

How To Apply: Candidates who are interested and follow these steps.
1. Candidates must apply in the prescribed format of application published herewith. Application in any other format is liable to be rejected.

2. The format of the application published herewith should not itself be used as Application. . A4 sheet (29.7 cm x 21 cm) should be used for Application. Application may be preferably typewritten or neatly handwritten in Hindi / English (Block/ Capital).

3. The application must be sent by ordinary post only or maybe deposited in the box kept at the Reception Center of RBI's Main Office Bldg, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna on any day between 10.15 am to 5.00 pm on week days except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays in a cover superscribed "Application for the post of Security Guard". Application should be addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna-800 001.

4. One envelope should contain application of one candidate only.

5. No application will be received in person or any acknowledgement given thereof.

Application should be supported by the following documents:

1. Attested copies of all relevant documents/certificates regarding age and educational qualifications. (No originals should be sent with the application

2. Latest passport size signed photograph (3 cm x 2.5cm) should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application.

3. In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, attested copy of the relative certificate from the Competent Authority.

4. Attested copies of the discharge certificate / service book issued by the Armed forces.
