Qualification: Candidate should have done masters degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government.
Experience: Candidate should have seven 7 years experience of drafting of statutes in Central Government or State Government.
Desirable: Five 5 years experience of legislative drafting in Assamese language in Central or State Government.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years.
Probation: 1 year.
Head Quarter: New Delhi.
