Qualification: Candidates should have done masters degree in library science/Information Science/documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale and consistently good academic record set out in UGC Regulations on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers & other academic staff in Universities and colleges and measures for the main tenance ofstandards in higher education 2010.
Experience: Candidates should have 13 years of experience as a Deputy Librarian in University or 18 years of experience as a Librarian in College.
Desirable: A M.Phil./Ph.D.Degree in Library Science / Information Science/ documentation / achieves and manuscript - keeping.
